Through our TMS system Scope, we offer our customers the ability to track shipments. Our system is integrated with a platform that holds vast amounts of data, including carriers, ships, sailing schedules, ports, and containers. As a customer, you can always see the status and location of a shipment, when and where the next stop is, and the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Weather conditions, technical issues, or errors from involved parties—delays or changes can happen in an instant. Knowing this in time through the track & trace feature allows you to respond effectively or even anticipate. For instance, you can notify those involved or adjust your planning. Additionally, by frequently checking the track & trace system, you may notice patterns that help you refine your supply chain strategy.
