Akomar supports UNICEF as a Business Buddie

Akomar is proud to have recently become a Business Buddie for UNICEF, marking an important step in our commitment to social responsibility. As part of this collaboration, our colleague Conny was invited by UNICEF to attend the North Sea Jazz Festival, where UNICEF is a partner.

Conny had a fantastic day and had the opportunity to engage in a valuable conversation with Joliene Heimgartner from UNICEF. Additionally, she enjoyed the musical performances. The day was excellently organized.

What is a Business Buddie?

As a Business Buddie, companies can support programs that contribute to improving the lives of children worldwide. These programs focus on impactful initiatives such as building classrooms from recycled plastic in Ivory Coast or creating climate-smart villages in Madagascar.
